Title: Traction: The Entrepreneurial Operating System

Description: What the Heck is EOS? Are you in control of your business, or is it control of you? Learn about EOS (the Entrepreneurial Operating System), an integrated business system that helps growth-oriented leaders and entrepreneurs clarify their vision, gain traction, and get healthy in order to get control, grow and increase the value of their business.

Instructor Bio: John King started his entrepreneurial journey in music and entertainment. He was the COO & Integrator for a production company, growing that company over 200% in just two years, creating award-winning commercials for Fortune 500 companies and other large brands, and producing a feature film that streamed on Netflix. In 2005, John visited Africa, and it gave him an epiphany - that entrepreneurs are the key to the success of any community. He spearheaded the creation of a non-profit that trains orphans and vulnerable children to start and grow small businesses. The program has been a tremendous success, helping thousands of young people escape from extreme poverty in East Africa. After the release of his feature film, John decided to continue his journey of helping other entrepreneurs get what they want from their business, and began implementing EOS. John has clients ranging from ~$2m-200m in revenue in a variety of industries including healthcare, insurance, construction, engineering, and legal services.
