Ursula Evans began her career in emergency management with the Florida Division of Emergency Management. After some time with the Department of Homeland Security/FEMA, and an assignment as Closeout Specialist with FEMA for hurricanes Charley, Frances, and Jeanne, Ursula joined the Osceola County Department of Emergency Management where she has been in her current role as Emergency Management Specialist for three years.
