The Poinciana Area Council awards scholarships to some of the Poinciana area's brightest high school students. Guest speakers include Osceola County School Board representative Tim Weisheyer and Dr. Kathleen Plinske, President of Valencia College's Osceola and Lake Nona Campuses.
