MISSION:  – to create a coalition to assist each other in preventing, protecting, and mitigate threats to our business, guests/customers and community
Who should attend:  West 192 area business owners, general managers, security managers concerned about the safety and security of our businesses, employees and customers.
When:  Wed April 12. 2023 (2^nd Wednesday of the month)
Time:  10:00 am to 11:00 am
Where:  Osceola Chamber of Commerce 1425 E Vine St, Kissimmee

• Identification/share recent/past threats and hazards of concern amongst the group
• Sheriff’s Office Tourism Policing Unit information / stats sharing – Det. Fox
• Best practice for communication between participants and Sheriff’s office
• Establish our capabilities – SWOT analysis
• Joint Communications / information distribution
• Future topics we would like to cover / Safety Summit
