Young Professionals Coalition Meeting: Meet LaVell Monger

At our July Young Professionals Coalition meeting we will gather at 1881 Restaurant in Downtown Kissimmee and hear from LaVell Monger, Co-Owner of RTW Photography.  There is no charge to attend and food and beverage may be purchased from 1881's brand new menu!  Coalition meetings are open to members and non-members.

 LaVell Monger, MEd is co-owner of RTW Photography, a flourishing photography company Central Florida. In this influential role, he oversees the company's business development and spearheads impactful community outreach initiatives

Since relocating to Central Florida in 2018, LaVell has actively immersed himself in the community, leaving an indelible mark. His significant community involvement spans various roles, including serving as the Planning Commissioner of Osceola County, an esteemed executive board member of the Education Foundation of Osceola County, a founding member of the St. Cloud Boys & Girls Club Taskforce, a distinguished graduate of Leadership Osceola Class of 2021, Leadership Orlando - Class 100, and the Political Leadership Institute - Class 2022. Notably, LaVell currently holds critical positions within the St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce as the first African American to serve as Incoming Chair. Furthermore, he served as a valued Osceola Chamber of Commerce Board member and Vice Chair for United Way Emerging Leaders. He is 1 out of 6 selected to represent Central Florida in Leadership Florida’s Connect Program, Class 13. 

LaVell was also a 2024 Orlando Business Journal 40 Under 40 and a 2020 Tomorrow's Leaders Today Award winner.
