Ben, CEO of Avius, has been in the industry for over 12 years as a supplier of customer feedback solutions. Ben has grown the company, with HQ in the UK, to over 20 members of staff supplying feedback solutions to a number of high profile clients including; Merlin Entertainments plc, British Airways, San Diego Zoo, Knoebels Amusement Resort and many other global clients.
In Q4 2015 Ben relocated to Winter Haven, Florida to establish the first American Office for Avius. With double digit growth year on year, Avius have exhibited at IAAPA for almost 10 years and view themselves as industry leaders in collecting, managing and responding to customer feedback. From on-site survey collection devices, SMS feedback and an online CRM database, Avius continue to evolve year on year with innovations using technology.
