About Us: Join our thriving real estate office in the heart of Four Corners! We are seeking an experienced DMA to enhance the on-line marketing activity of the brokerage. If you’re energetic, patient, and flexible with a keen sense for technology and outstanding communication skills, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and posts, to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to engage with the audience.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain client relationships.
  • Segment email lists and personalize content to target specific audiences.
  • Track and analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Website Management:

  • Update and maintain the company website with fresh content and listings.
  • Optimize website for SEO to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
  • Monitor website analytics to track visitor behavior and identify areas for improvement.

Lead Generation and Tracking:

  • Implement strategies to increase lead generation through digital channels.
  • Use CRM systems to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and conversion rates.

System Management: Manage and update online systems including MLS, kvCORE, BrokerMint, online spreadsheets, and checklists.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience managing on-line marketing campaigns preferably within a real estate or property management office.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in office administration, including comprehensive knowledge of systems and procedures. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, familiarity with kvCORE, Brokermint and Canva is a valuable asset.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to suggest and implement improvements.
  • Technology Savvy: Comfort with multiple technology platforms and systems.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Occasional Saturdays as needed
