Joyce Rancani is a global enterprise cybersecurity expert and Founder & CISO of EncapCyber, a CyberSecaaS provider specializing in zero trust, IT digital transformation, and secure AI integration. At CVS Health, Joyce achieved a 98% reduction in critical risks and delivered $36M in cost savings via digital transformation. Previously, she built the cybersecurity program for Comcast’s Xfinity Mobile launch. Her extensive defense background includes leading security for Coast Guard National Security Cutters at both L3Harris and Lockheed Martin, and designing security for the Navy’s Ship-to-Shore Connector vessel. Joyce holds a B.S. in Cybersecurity and an M.S. in Cybersecurity and Privacy Law from Drexel University. She also has a Privacy Certification from Carnegie Mellon. She is dedicated to safeguarding assets by aligning strategy, technology, and personnel.
